The Manila Metro in the Philippines recently announced that BOAN has become its core supplier of fire-resistant glass, providing "fire-resistant glass smoke barrier systems" and "openable fire-resistant windows" for 22 stations along the entire line. This cooperation marks the first large-scale application of BOAN products in the field of Southeast Asian rail transit.

A spokesperson for the Philippine Department of Transportation commented, "BOAN's solution performed excellently in fire simulation tests, and its high transparency characteristics (≥ 85%) also meet the requirements of subway lighting design It is reported that the contract amount for this project exceeds 20 million US dollars and is expected to be completed by 2025.
